“The most important thing is to try and inspire people, so they can be great in whatever they want to do."

A Life Changing Moment
A Life Changing Moment.
In 2011 I worked the Kobe Academy in Santa Barbara, California. I had known of the take aways that you’d think of when in the presents of greatness. No inspirational words of wisdom were exchanged between myself and the Black Mamba. But it confirmed that the dreams that I thought up in my head were not merely floating in the air. If I applied directed action to these thoughts, I had a great chance of making them happen. So from then on I relentlessly pursed my visions, and continually encourage others to do the same.

Coaching Inspired By Travel.
Shropshire, Melbourne, Leicester, Nova Scotia and a lot of places in-between. Travel has made me listen carefully, look closely and observe diligently. It has made me ask endless amounts of questions. Travel has ultimately helped me develop a better understand of others and in turn, a better understand of myself. My coaching has been impacted, every flight I boarded was a journey into the unknown and a step closer to building more clarity around my philosophy and my craft.
“The most we can hope for is to create the best possible conditions for success, then let go of the outcome. The ride is a lot more fun that way.”
- Phil Jackson
Learn Through the Game.
Basketball has been the greatest teacher for me. It has presented me with challenges and adversity. It has helped me think critically about how others learn and the best ways I can facilitate the growth of others. Whether I'm working with youth players just beginning to love the game or professional and national team athletes, the process is where my passion lies. The daily pursuit of full human potential. The JOURNEY is what makes this game joyful.
